Darwin International Airport new resort

Airport Development Group is on track to create a world class destination resort adjacent to Darwin International Airport, with a further substantial investment confirmed for stage 2.

Redevelopment of the two major hotels acquired in early 2021 has already transformed some accommodation at the property, with bespoke villas and luxury family accommodation now available.

Plans for the second stage of the redevelopment have been finalised and include a stunning lagoon pool and children’s play area, bars, restaurants, and conference facilities, all complemented by extensive tropical landscaping.

A Recreation Vehicle (RV) park is also included.

Once complete the resort will offer a wide range of accommodation, conference and leisure options, conveniently located adjacent to the airport and close to the city whilst providing a base from which to explore all the attractions the Top End offers.

The resort is expected to be completed in mid-2023.
