Tony Edmondstone

Chief Executive Officer

Tony was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Airport Development Group Pty Ltd (ADG) in December 2019, having initially relocated to the NT in 2018 to take up the role of CFO and Head of Gas resources at the NT Government owned Power and Water Corporation.

    Prior to coming to the NT, Tony had an extensive career with Orica including leading their Europe, Africa and Asia businesses, their global transformation and also held the roles of Global Head of Supply and CFO for Orica Mining Services. Tony’s previous experience also includes blue chip organisations such as Alcoa, Amcor and News Limited.


    Tony is a results driven leader with significant global experience who has held a unique mix of functional, line management and transformational roles (including culture change) in finance, IT, supply chain, procurement, plant management, legal and customer contract management and across multiple industries, including mining, refining, smelting, energy, FMCG and media.

Sandra de Kock has a dynamic background across operations, strategy, generalist HR and governance roles.

    Sandra joined Airport Development Group in August 2023 after 6 years with Perth Airport as General Manager People.

Rob Porter

Executive General Manager Operations

Rob Porter oversees operations of ADG’s airports; Darwin International Airport, Alice Springs Airport and Tennant Creek Airport.

    Rob has more than 30 years’ experience in the aviation industry, including 11 years managing operations at the Mackay and the Gold Coast airports and almost two decades with Airservices ARFFS in operations, progressing from aviation firefighter to Chief Fire Officer. Rob was also Chair of Mackay Tourism and Mackay Stadium, as well as having held the roles of Queensland Director and Deputy Board Chair of AAA.

Alastair Gregory

General Counsel & Company Secretary

Alastair Gregory is the General Counsel & Company Secretary for ADG and is responsible for Legal, Risk and Procurement.

    Alastair had over 20 years’ experience in private practice as a commercial property lawyer, advising a range of public and private sector clients, before moving in-house in 2018. He spent 6 years as the General Counsel at Canberra Airport before joining ADG in November 2024.

Tristan Cribb

Executive General Manager Commercial

Tristan Cribb is the Executive General Manager Commercial at Airport Development Group. Tristan oversees a diverse portfolio including property management, town planning, property development, hotels, advertising and energy infrastructure. His role includes a strategic focus on enhancing the hospitality and accommodation offerings at Darwin Airport Resort, as well as driving commercial development opportunities at Alice Springs Airport and Tennant Creek Airport.

    A hands-on investment professional with more than 20 years of experience, Tristan thrives on the challenge of generating positive returns for investors while ensuring risk mitigation across market cycles. His expertise spans property management and development, acquisitions, project management, sales and marketing. Previously, he managed a $400 million investment portfolio in core-plus and opportunistic property investments.


    Tristan holds a Bachelor of Commerce with First Class Honours in Finance, a Graduate Certificate in Development Planning from Curtin University and a Diploma of Project Management from North Metropolitan TAFE. He has also served as a Committee Member with the Property Council of Australia (WA), contributing to industry leadership and advocacy.

Francois Miller

Chief Financial Officer

Francois is an accomplished finance executive with over 22 years of experience. He brings deep expertise in financial leadership, operational performance and corporate strategy.Prior to joining ADG, Francois served as CFO at a listed company in the Automotive Retail sector, where he was instrumental in driving sustainable growth and enhancing shareholder value.
