Connecting the Territory and Beyond

ADG owns and operates three key airports across the Northern Territory: Darwin International Airport, Alice Springs Airport, and Tennant Creek Airport.

In 1998, ADG acquired long-term leases for these airports from the Australian Government under the national airport privatisation program. Each lease spans 50 years, with the option to extend for an additional 49 years.



Since 2022, ADG has invested more than $100 million in 145 Territory-based projects at these airports, generating employment across infrastructure, construction, property, environment, education, land management, and the arts.

Darwin International Airport (DIA)

DIA is the largest airport in the Northern Territory and the Top End’s gateway to Asia and beyond.
