ADG's Commitment to Nurturing Local Engineering Talent Through CDU Internship Program

"ADG strives to be the employer of choice, and our internship program gives students visibility into the diversity of our business."

ADG Employees with Felix Yacob

ADG is committed to supporting the NT engineering sector and ensuring graduate engineers gain the experience they need to build their careers right here at home. We recognise the importance of providing young Territorians with exposure to a diverse, challenging, and rewarding business. For the past two years, ADG has collaborated with Charles Darwin University (CDU) to establish an internship program for engineering and project management students.

Our most recent intern, Felix Yacob, has successfully completed his six-month placement with ADG, working in the Airports section of the business under the mentorship of Takudzwa Charlie (TK).

Sandra De Kock, Executive General Manager of People, Culture, and Community emphasised that the partnership with CDU is important to our organisation. "ADG strives to be the employer of choice, and our internship program gives students visibility into the diversity of our business."

We congratulate Felix on his achievement and look forward to welcoming our next intern to the projects team.
