Overview of the Opportunity
Airport Development Group (ADG) is inviting Expressions of Interest from operators and owners of Code A aircraft for a new hangar development opportunity within the expanding General Aviation precinct at Darwin International Airport.
The new 4,000 sqm development area is designed to support the next generation of Code A general aviation activity in the region. It's a unique opportunity to secure a position within one of the Northern Territory's most strategically located aviation hubs.
Successful proponents will be offered long-term ground or building licence agreements, with terms, licence fees and development obligations subject to negotiation.
