Airport Development Group (ADG) proudly supports R U OK? Day by creating an entire R U OK? Week!
“Mental health and well-being are critical, and while R U OK? Day is a great reminder to check in with those around us, we’ve extended it to a full week of activities. This allows us to further highlight the importance of meaningful conversations and to give everyone more opportunities to connect and support one another.”
This week-long initiative, launched by ADG, showcases our range of mental health and well-being support programs, emphasising that one day simply isn't enough. We’re dedicated to fostering a culture of care, connection, and support across our team and beyond.
Over the course of the week, ADG will host a series of sessions focused on mindfulness, our employee assistance program, exercise and a Mind Your Paws visit with
Therapy Dogs Australia.
