Tony Edmonstone

Tony Edmondstone 

Chief Executive Officer


Tony was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Airport Development Group Pty Ltd (ADG) in December 2019, having initially relocated to the NT in 2018 to take up the role of CFO and Head of Gas resources at the NT Government owned Power and Water Corporation.


Prior to coming to the NT, Tony had an extensive career with Orica including leading their Europe, Africa and Asia businesses, their global transformation and also held the roles of Global Head of Supply and CFO for Orica Mining Services. Tony’s previous experience also includes blue chip organisations such as Alcoa, Amcor and News Limited.


Tony is a results driven leader with significant global experience who has held a unique mix of functional, line management and transformational roles (including culture change) in finance, IT, supply chain, procurement, plant management, legal and customer contract management and across multiple industries, including mining, refining, smelting, energy, FMCG and media.

Sandra de Kock 

Executive General Manager
People, Culture & Community


Sandra de Kock is a multi-faceted executive with a dynamic background across operations, strategy, generalist HR and governance roles.

 

She has a track record leading transformational culture change in complex organisations undergoing disruption bringing working experience gained across Africa, Europe, SEA, US, and ANZ in a mixture of consulting and operations management roles and leading the HR function for large organisations. 

 

Sandra enjoys collaborating with entrepreneurial, action-oriented teams to solve complex people challenges. A results-driven and clear communicator, she seeks to bring people together to cultivate positive outcomes for the business.

 

After 6 years with Perth Airport as GM People, Sandra joined Airport Development Group in August 2023 as Executive General Manager for People, Culture and Community.

Rob Porter

Executive General Manager - Operations


Rob Porter is the Executive General Manager of Operations for NT airports under ADG Management (Darwin International Airport, Alice Springs Airport and Tennant Creek Airport).

Rob has more than 30 years’ experience in the aviation industry including 11 years managing operations at the Mackay and the Gold Coast airports and almost two decades with Airservices ARFFS in operations, progressing from aviation fire fighter to Chief Fire Officer. Rob was also Chair of Mackay Tourism and Mackay Stadium, as well as having held the roles of Queensland Director and Deputy Board Chair of AAA.


Tracey Mellor 

Chief Financial Officer


Tracey Mellor is the Chief Financial Officer for ADG and joined in November 2022. Her role is responsible for Corporate Services including IT, Legal, Risk, Procurement and Finance.

With over 25 years’ experience in senior finance roles across ASX companies and Government owned businesses including large scale infrastructure projects, Asset Maintenance providers and Aviation. She is a qualified Chartered Accountant and Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Tristan Cribb

Executive General Manager - Commercial


Tristan Cribb is the Executive General Manager Commercial at Airport Development Group. Tristan is a hands-on investment professional with over 20 years’ experience and thrives on the challenge of generating positive risk-adjusted returns for investors whilst ensuring downside protection across market cycles.


With a multitude of property management and development experience, as well as experience in acquisitions, development management, project management and sales and marketing Tristan has previously managed a $400 million investment portfolio in core plus and opportunistic property investments.


Tristan holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree with first class honours in Finance from Curtin University, Graduate Certificate in Development Planning from Curtin University, and Diploma of Project Management from North Metropolitan Tafe. Tristan was previously a Committee Member with the Property Council of Australia WA.
