Airport Development Group Supports “Team Alice” Community Event Ahead of AFL Clash

As the owners and operators of Alice Springs Airport, Airport Development Group (ADG) is committed to supporting community events and initiatives that strengthen connection, wellbeing and opportunities across Central Australia.

ADG is proud to support the upcoming “Team Alice” community event in Alice Springs, bringing local families, young footballers and AFL heroes together ahead of the Melbourne Demons versus GWS Giants clash.

The free community event, to be held at Jim McConville Oval on Sunday 31 May from 10.30am to 1pm, has been created in response to the recent tragedy in Alice Springs, providing a positive and family-friendly opportunity for the community to come together in support, connection and celebration of sport.

Head of Airport Operations, Regional, Tony Schulz said supporting local communities was an important part of ADG’s long-term commitment to Central Australia.

Sport has an incredible ability to unite communities, inspire young people and create positive shared experiences.
