Tropical Cyclone Fina: Important Update for Travellers and the Community

Airport Development Group (ADG) is closely monitoring Tropical Cyclone Fina, expected to impact the Top End from early Friday.

The safety of those who work at Darwin Airport, the travelling public, and the wider community remains our highest priority.

 

As weather conditions deteriorate, we strongly encourage all passengers to check directly with their airline for the latest updates regarding flight schedules, delays or cancellations. Airlines will continue to provide the most accurate and timely information.

 

ADG also urges all community members to download the Bureau of Meteorology (BOM) Weather app to monitor real-time warnings and updates as the situation evolves.

 

Our operational teams are working closely with stakeholders to ensure precautionary safety measures are in place across the airport precinct.
